Refund policy
We assure that all our products go through multiple levels of quality inspections before it gets shipped out.
However, should your item be delivered damaged, we will replace or refund it within 30 days, with the following conditions:
- You must request a replacement or refund by sending an email to support@coliye.com within 30 days of accepting delivery of the product.
- Title your email as such: <Replacement/Refund Request for (#Order Number)>
- Clearly state in your email: Your full name used for the order, name of item(s), clear close up video(s) of the issue and description of the issue.
- We do not accept replacements/refunds, except for order issues.
- Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: Damaged packaging, marked, dented or deemed "defected", or general wear and tear.
- To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel or amend orders after payment has been made. However, if you wish to make amendments to your order, please send us an email at support@coliye.com and we will assist in checking on whether we are able to provide you with the assistance you require.
If you are approved, your replacement/refund will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacement, refunds and exchanges.

Try The Coliye completely risk free for 30 days. If for whatever reason you decide you aren't satisfied, contact our helpful customer support within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you, no questions asked!
Return of the product of proper quality is carried out if the specified goods were not used, its trade dress, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is a sales receipt or cash voucher or other document confirming payment for the specified goods.
The consumer's lack of a sales receipt or cash register receipt or any other document confirming payment for goods does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to testimony.
For returns to the online store, processing takes 10 business days* from receipt of the return package. After the processing of your return, the money is returned to the card from which the order was paid for. The term of crediting of funds depends on the issuing bank.
*Term of crediting funds from 1 to 3 working days (depends on the issuing bank) from the date of the return.
The online store has the right to refuse a return if it is found to be in violation of the conditions of merchantability, in which case all shipping costs of the return are borne by the consumer.
2. Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
You can. We allow for cancellations or changes to your order within 24 hours of payment.
If you request to cancel your order, we will refund part of the order amount. A cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted.
Changes to the order (contact information, delivery address, color, size, etc.) - free of charge.
If more than 24 hours have passed since you paid your order, we cannot cancel or change your order. This is because our team processes and ships most orders within 24 hours of payment.
3. Our Guarantee
If an item is defective or damaged in transit, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us and request an exchange or a full refund.
If the conditions of use and care for the products are violated, the seller will not be liable to the buyer.
The following cases are excluded from the warranty:
- Wear and tear during operation;
- Tears, cuts and abrasions, burning of the fabric in the area of the seams or the fabric itself;
- The fabric is burned out or faded, dirty;
- The formation of lint on used products;
- Other defects due to violation of the rules of use, care, storage or transportation of the product, the actions of third parties or force majeure;
- No manual in your language;
- Personal hygiene items.
4. Return or Exchange
If the product delivery is longer than 30 business days, contact us to request an exchange or a full refund.
If your order expires at the pickup location, it will be sent back to the warehouse. Contact us so that we can resend your order when it arrives at the warehouse.
If an item is defective or damaged in transit, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us and request an exchange or a full refund.
5. Personal Hygiene Items
Personal care items can be exchanged or returned in two cases:
- If the delivery of the goods is longer than 30 business days;
- If the product is defective or damaged during shipment (damage does not include crumpled box/package).
