Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Administration can receive about the User during their use of the Site, provided by the Administration, as well as in the performance by the Administration of any agreements and contracts with the User.

1. Definition of Terms

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

  • 1.1.1 "Site" means the Internet resource (hereinafter the "Site").
  • 1.1.2 "Site Administration" means authorized employees for site management, who organize and/or perform processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing of personal data, composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
  • 1.1.3. "Personal data" - any information relating to directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (personal data subject).
  • 1.1.4. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, organization of storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.
  • 1.1.5. "Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person granted access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.
  • 1.1.6 "Site User (hereinafter "User")" - a person who accesses the Site via the Internet and uses the Online Store's Site.
  • 1.1.7. "Cookies" - is a small piece of data, sent by a Web server and stored on the user's computer, which the Web-client or Web-browser sends each time the Web-server in HTTP-request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.
  • 1.1.8. "IP address" - is the unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.

2. General Provisions

  • 2.1 The Site Administration processes personal data on a lawful and fair basis to perform the functions, powers and duties entrusted to the Site Administration by law, to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Site Administration and Users.
  • 2.2 Use of the Site, as well as its separate functions means the unconditional consent of the User to this Policy and the terms of processing of their personal data specified in it; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Site.

3. Processing and Confidentiality of Personal User Data

  • 3.1 This Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the Site for non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides when using the Site.
  • 3.2 The categories of personal data that the Site Administration may collect from Users to provide access to the Site's functions:

    - Surname, first name, patronymic of the User;
    - Contact phone number of the User;
    - E-mail address (e-mail);
    - IP address;
    - Information from cookies;
    - Information about the browser (or other program that provides access to advertising);
    - Access time;
    - The address of the page on which the ad unit is located;
    - Referrer (address of the previous page).
  • 3.3 The Site Administration is protecting the data, which is automatically transmitted in the course of viewing advertising blocks and visiting pages on the Site, on which the system statistical script ("pixel") is installed.
  • 3.4 This Policy only applies to information processed in the course of using the Site. The Site Administration has no control over and is not responsible for the processing of information by websites and third-party sites, to which the User can go through the links available within the Site.
  • 3.5. Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User and has no way to assess his competence. However, the Site Administration assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal data and keeps it up to date. The consequences of providing inaccurate or insufficient information are defined in the Website User Agreement, posted on the Website page.

4. Purposes of Collection of User's Personal Data

  • 4.1 The Site Administration collects and organizes storage of only those personal data, which are necessary to provide full or partial functionality of the Site or execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except for cases when the legislation provides for mandatory storage of personal data for a period determined by law.
  • 4.2 The Website Administration processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:

    - 4.2.1. Identification of the User registered on the site.
    - 4.2.2 Providing the User with access to the personalized resources of the site.
    - 4.2.3 Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notices, requests regarding the use of the site, rendering services, processing requests and applications from the User.
    - 4.2.4 Determining the location of the User for security purposes, fraud prevention.
    - 4.2.5 Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.
    - 4.2.6. Providing effective customer and technical support to User when there are problems associated with the use of the Website.
    - 4.2.7. Provide to User with his consent, product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site.
    - 4.2.8. carry out advertising activities with the User's consent.

5. Terms of Processing of Users' Personal Data

  • 5.1 Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without limitation of time, by any legal means, including in information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation means.
  • 5.2 The User's personal data is kept confidential, unless the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for general access to an unlimited number of people. When using certain features of the Site, the User agrees that a certain portion of his/her personal information becomes publicly available.
  • 5.3 The Site Administration undertakes not to transfer the User's information to third parties. It is not considered a violation of this paragraph for the Administration to transfer information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of a contract with the Administration of the site to fulfill obligations to the client. It is not considered a violation of this paragraph to transfer to third parties information about the client in impersonal form in order to evaluate and analyze the Site, analyze the purchasing characteristics of the User and provide personal recommendations.

6. Modification and Deletion of Personal Data

  • 6.1 The User can at any time change (update, add, delete) the personal data or any part of it by using the function of editing personal data in the personal section of the Site, if it is provided by the Site, or by sending a corresponding request by e-mail, specified in section 12 of this Policy.
  • 6.2 When sending a request for modification/deletion of personal data by e-mail, the subject line "Modification/deletion of personal data" should be specified.
  • 6.3. The Administration of the site is obliged to process the request for change of personal data within 5 working days.
  • 6.4 The website Administration is obliged to block/delete personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or his legal representative, or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection in case of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

7. Processing of Personal Data by Means of Cookies

  • 7.1 Cookies transferred by the Site Administration to the User's technical devices may be used to provide the User with personalized features of the Site, for personalized advertising that is shown to the User, for statistical and research purposes, as well as to improve the Site.
  • 7.2 By using the Site, the User confirms his or her consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this notice with respect to this type of cookie. If the User does not agree to the Site Administration's use of this type of files, the User must set their browser settings accordingly or not use the Site.

8. Measures to Protect Personal Data of the User

  • 8.1 The Site Administration takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with it.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • 9.1 Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site, it is obligatory to submit a claim (written offer to voluntarily resolve the dispute).
  • 9.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of the claim in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.

10. Changing the Privacy Policy

  • 10.1 The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
  • 10.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
  • 10.3. The current Privacy Policy is posted on this page.

11. Communication and Marketing

  • 11.1 To subscribe to the newsletter with information about new products, services, interesting material and events, to receive special offers by e-mail or phone, the User must fill out a subscription form, as well as read the public offer of information and consulting services.
